PURPOSE: An active filter and a delta-sigma modulator including the same are provided to prevent the switching noise at input terminal by using a post integration time control and compensating the variation of an inactive device. CONSTITUTION: In an active filter and a delta-sigma modulator including the same, a first filter(110) receives and filters an input signal and generates a first output signal. A second filter(120) receives and filters a first output signal after controlling a time of receiving the first output signal according to the change of time constant of the first filter and generates a second output signal.
