PURPOSE: A location tracking apparatus is provided to offer more specified information on the current state of a user by being installed on a shoe of a user and offering movement information of a user with position information or analyzing the movement as time information included in the GPS(Global Positioning System) signal. CONSTITUTION: A GPS receiving module(110) gets the location information and the time information from a satellite signal. A movement sensor(120) generates a signal according to the movement of the footwear. A controller(130) operates the GPS receive module and the local communications unit along the movement sensor. The location information, the time information, and the motion information are transmitted through the local communications unit to the mobile communications terminal.
