<p>A dispenser 100 comprises a moving assembly which having an upper valve 110 and lower valve 106a connected to a reservoir containing a product to be dispensed, the upper valve. Both the lower valve and upper valve are at least partially covered by a sleeve 102. The sleeve 102 includes a shaped path formed by a guide slot. The upper valve and the lower valve are movable between an upward position for the dispenser to deliver the product and downward position in which the dispenser is stored. The upper and lower valves move in more than one axis as they travel froth the stored position to the dispensing position such that they become aligned, allowing product to be dispensed. The dispenser is especially suited for the application of cosmetic and/or medicinal products to the skin.</p> |
