FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: make a resection and excision of an articulate surface of a tibial bone on depth no more than 10 mm. Mobilisation of lateral ligaments, leaving places of their attachment intact. In the remained defect of a condyle place the osteal autograft generated from resectioned of fragments of a bone, fixing its metal screw. Then endoprosthesis components implant with use of osteal cement. ^ EFFECT: provides restoration of function of a knee joint and support ability of limbs, creation of high-grade osteal leg for a component of an endoprosthesis and a sufficient reserve of an osteal tissue in case of development of complications, stability of a knee joint, conservation of proprioceptive sensitivity, restoration of bodily machinery of gait. ^ 10 dwg, 1 ex |
