PURPOSE: A phase angle error measuring apparatus of a current transformer and an error measuring method using the same are provided to measure a phase angle of a current transformer precisely by counting the phase angle error as the number of pulse. CONSTITUTION: A metering current transformer(25) is serially connected to a power supply(10). The current is provided. The phase-angle error is measured. A standard shunt resistance(20) is serially connected to the metering current transformer. Current is provided. A first zero crossing amplifier(42) changes the standard shunt resistance selected from a first switch(30) or the voltage signal outputted in the metering current transformer into a comparison square wave.
