PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to protect a speaker from heat from an LED lamp by separating the speaker from the LED lamp. CONSTITUTION: A speaker(12) is arranged on the bottom of an inner case(14). The inside diameter of an outer case(16) is greater than that of the inner case. An LED lamp(20) is mounted on the bracket of the inner case. A cover is made of transparent or semi-transparent materials. A cover is mounted on the front side of the LED lamp and transmits the light emitted from the LED lamp to the indoor space. A decoration unit(24) is fixed to a flange of an outer case. A fixing clip(26) is fitted into an outer circumferential surface of the outer case. |
