MARKERS FOR ANALYSING ABILITY TO PRODUCE CLA

PURPOSE: A screening method of a CLA(conjugated linoleic acid) analysis marker and a CLA productive capacity analysis marker is provided to select animals capable of producing milk with high contents of CLA. CONSTITUTION: A screening method of a CLA analysis marker and a CLA productive capacity analysis marker comprises the following steps: inducing a production of CLA by processing the CLA or TVA(trans-vaccenic acid) from a breast tissue of an animal; collecting the breast tissue of the animal; dividing a protein or an mRNA(messenger RNA) from the breast tissue; and comparing the expression amount of the protein and the mRNA with the TVA and CLA non-processed plot to select the increase or the decrease of the protein. The analysis animal is a milk goat.
