The system comprises a container (1) for magnetically operated sorbent, a mixing chamber (2) for mixing the sorbent with the biological fluid, a sorbent precipitation chamber (7), and a filtering unit (22) connected to the precipitation chamber outlet. The mixing and precipitation chambers are made as bellow in order to allow their volumes to be changed. The chambers are provided with either rigidly connected lids (4,8) or a common lid. The chambers are separated by an inter-chamber partition (6). The chambers are connected to each other through an opening (20) in the partition. Magnets (13) are located on the precipitation chamber base (10). -
