The device (10) has a monoblock piece (14) made of hard plastic material and fixed on a control pallet of an opening of a casement. The piece has outer and inner lateral walls (20, 22) defining a reception housing (44) for receiving the pallet. The housing extends on length equal to length of the pallet. One of the lateral walls includes a hooking unit (26) fixed with a triggering effort measuring apparatus. The piece includes a base plate (18) for connecting the lateral walls, where each lateral wall is projected in perpendicular to the base plate.
