PURPOSE: A composite panel for interior materials of an automobile and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain superior mechanical properties such as a tensile strength, flexural strength, heat resistance, and shock resistance and to improve fuel efficiency of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A composite panel for interior materials of an automobile comprises: a pelt(10) including natural fiber and thermoplastic fiber; and a thermoplastic continuous fiber weaved body(20) including an inorganic filament and a polyolefin resin of continuous phase. The average surface density of the pelt is 600 g / m^2 - 1,400 g / m^2. The average surface density of the thermoplastic continuous fiber weaved body is 200 g/m^2 - 1,000 g/m^2.
