<p>Disclosed is a mounting-type electronic circuit module which can easily provide suitable characteristics without having a complicated structure. A DC/DC converter (1) is provided with a base substrate (10) composed of a magnetic material. A spiral electrode is formed on the base substrate (10) and functions as a smoothing inductor element (L). Furthermore, on one main surface of the base substrate (10), capacitor elements (20A, 20B) are mounted, together with a DC/DC converter IC (30), and a circuit electrode which connects the circuit elements to make the circuit elements function as the DC/DC converter (1) is formed. The DC/DC converter (1) having such composition is mounted on a mother substrate (100) via external connecting electrodes (211A, 212A, 211B, 212B) of the capacitor elements (20A, 20B).</p> |
