PURPOSE: A surface treating device of an industrial silicon roller is provided to improve quality by improving frictional coefficient of a surface of a silicon roller by irradiating UV-c and to achieve easy operability by accurate controlling the UV-c lamp in upward, downward, leftward and rightward. CONSTITUTION: A surface treating device of an industrial silicon roller comprises: a lathe which rotatably settles a roller; a frame(100) wherein a lamp is installed and placed above the silicon roller; a lamp(200) which irradiates UV-C on the silicon roller if power is applied; a transferring unit(300) which adjusts a position of the lamp in upward, downward, leftward and rightward in order to control a UV-C irradiating spot; and a ozone discharging unit which inhales and discharges ozone which is generated while modifying the surface by irradiating the UV-C.
