DYNAM-ELECTRIC MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ROTOR THEREOF

A dynamo-electric machine which can hold a permanent magnet stably for a long term with a simple holding structure, and a method for manufacturing the rotor thereof. In the dynamo-electric machine; holding grooves are opened in the facing parts of the inner wall face of a valley portion and in the inner end of a yoke portion in the axial direction, and are recessed in the yoke portion under a non-penetration state with the direction of grooves as the axial direction, the end face in the groove length direction constituting the abutting surface; magnet holders made of a magnetic material are fitted, respectively, in the holding grooves recessed to face the valley portion from the inner axial direction, have the movement thereof in the circumferential direction and the radial direction regulated by the inner wall faces of the holding grooves and the axially outward movement thereof regulated by the abutting surface, and are bridged across the valley portion on the inner diameter side of the inner circumferential surface on the distal end side of a claw-form magnetic pole portion, a fitting groove being opened in the surface of a magnet holder facing the inner circumferential surface on the distal end side of the magnetic-pole portion and being formed in a magnet holder to penetrate in the axial direction, i.e. the groove direction, a permanent magnet being fitted in the fitting groove and held by a magnet holder so as to face the inner circumferential surface on the distal end side of the magnetic-pole portion.
