<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working fluid reproduction feeding device of a composite machining device capable of prolonging stand-by time and increasing area of installation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This working fluid reproduction feeding device 2 has a recovery tank 20, a sewage tank 30, and a fresh water tank 40. A centrifugal separator 41 separates the primary drainage in a machining tank 10 centrifugally and discharges the secondary drainage containing impurities into a filtration tank 60. The recovery tank 20 stores the filtration tank 60 and stores the filtered drainage filtered in the filtration tank 60. A centrifugal separator 42 separates the filtered drainage centrifugally. The sewage tank 30 stores the purified water filtered by the centrifugal separators 41, 42. The fresh water tank 40 stores the fresh water prepared by filtering the purified water by a paper filter 7 or the pure water having the predetermined specific resistance value. An ultra-fresh water tank 50 stores the ultra-fresh water prepared by filtering the fresh water by a ceramic filter 8. When a water surface of the filtered drainage is above the set water surface, a filtration pump P2 is driven to separate the filtered drainage centrifugally by the centrifugal separator 42.
