摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wavelength conversion element and a fabrication method of the element that prevents decrease in the efficiency of exiting laser light regardless of variations in alignment between the wavelength conversion element using a thick ferroelectric crystal substrate and incident laser light. SOLUTION: The optical wavelength conversion element includes a first ladder-like electrode formed on a first surface of a substrate made of a ferroelectric crystal and a second ladder-like electrode formed on a second face in the opposite position to the first face, wherein figures of the first ladder-like electrode and of the second ladder-like electrode are identical and the position of the second ladder-like electrode is aligned to the position of the first ladder-like electrode.
