PURPOSE: An electronic menu board management system managing the source indicator of foodstuff is provided to prevent the false indication of place-of-origin on foodstuff. CONSTITUTION: A receiving module receives menu information including the source indicator from an administrator terminal(120). A display module indicates the menu information. The administrator terminal comprises the control module controlling the operation of the electronic menu board(110). The control module comprises the source indicator authentication module. In case the source indicator is inputted for the first time or is renewed, the source indicator authentication module certifies the truth of the source indicator.
