<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a medical image processing system configured of a server computer and a client computer, which is adapted to the network environment of a medical institute. <P>SOLUTION: A medical image processing system configured of a server computer and a client computer connected to a network, includes: a means for measuring and monitoring the load situations of a server computer and the traffic amounts of a network between the server computer and a medical image storage system, and for designating the server computer which is responsible for image processing to be started by the client computer based on the obtained result; a means for measuring and monitoring the traffic amounts and transmission capability of the network between the server computer and the client computer and the load situations and processing capability of the server computer and the client computer; and a means for dynamically distributing an image processing process to be shared by each of the server computer and the client computer based on the obtained result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
