PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP sheet manufacturing machine which controls the occurrence of various faults accompanied by the position adjustment of a pattern formed on a packaging film. SOLUTION: The PTP sheet manufacturing machine is provided with a position adjusting device 13 for adjusting the position of a pattern formed on a container film 3 at the upper stream side of a pocket forming device for forming a pocket on the film 3. The device 13 is provided with a stretching mechanism 61 for stretching the film 3 and a mark sensor 62 for detecting the misregistration of the film 3. The mechanism 61 is provided with clamp rollers 67, 68, pressing members 71, 72 provided corresponding to the rollers and a stretch roller 69. The film 3 is held by the rollers 67, 68 and the members 71, 72 stretched by the roller 69 for adjusting the position of the pattern when the amount of the misregistration of the film 3 is larger than a predetermined amount.
