<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate sludge which adheres to the insidewall of an aeration tube of a water processor, and is dried and hardened. <P>SOLUTION: When a bit (10) installed at the leading edge of a flexible shaft (20) is inserted from a y-shaped pipe (9), is reeved through an air pipe (8) and a flexing tube (7), and is brought into an aeration tube (6) and then a motor-operated drill (30) is rotated, the bit (10) in the aeration tube (6) rotates and executes pendular movement and sludge adhered, dried, and hardened on the insidewall of the aeration tube (6) is ground and exfoliated.
