<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building in which dwellers such as pet owners can easily perform the operations such as cleaning while maintaining the privacies of a pet and the dwellers such as the pet owners and which has a pet living space capable of preventing the indoor space from being jumbled. <P>SOLUTION: This building comprises an openable pet fitting 2a in which a pet entrance 2a1 is formed and the pet living space A separated from the other indoor space through a wall 3 in continuous with the pet fitting 2a. A storage space C having a shelf 5 is formed above the pet living space A. Storage fittings 2b for covering the storage space C shares the fitting 2a and a fitting frame 8 and are arranged continuously with the pet fitting 2a.
