<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel which is eco-friendly and excels in the convenience of installation and appearance without causing a core shadow to float up on the surface of a core material having a core structure while enhancing screwing strength for the installation of a hinge or the like by using only a raw material derived mainly from paper without disposing the core material formed of wood around the core material having core structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The panel comprises: the core material having the core structure; a paper layer stuck to the surface of the core material; and a decorative plate stuck to the surface of the paper layer.
