<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for fixing a permanent magnet while reducing an eddy current. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of magnet bodies 141-144 are arranged in a holding frame 20, and the magnet bodies 141-144 are abutted on the side edges of the holding frame 20 by a repulsive force between the magnet bodies 141-144. The movement of the magnet bodies 141-144 in the direction of a rotating axis Q is suppressed by a fixing member 18 and a plate-like member 30. Through holes are formed on the fixing member 18, and the hard magnet bodies are arranged in the holding frame 20 and held by the fixing member 18 and the plate-like member 30, and then magnetized to generate magnet bodies 141-144 to form each of magnets 12.
