PURPOSE: A turnover device capable of the accurate position control of a structure is provided to increase the application of a work space by minimizing the structure of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A turnover device capable of the accurate position control of a structure comprises a frame(100), a turning driving part(110), a reinforcement frame(120) and a support roller(130). A space(S), in which the large construction puts into, is formed in the central part of the frame. A turning driving part rotates the frame and is connected through the frame and a rotary shaft. The reinforcement frame is into one body fixed to the frame. The reinforcement frame is arranged in a rotary shaft(111) revolving with the turning driving part on center. The support roller is arranged on the lower part of the reinforcement frame in order to connect to the outer circumference of the reinforcement frame.
