<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens for illumination, which can completely suppress unevenness in color and also improve the efficiency of using light, and to provide an illuminator. <P>SOLUTION: The lens for illumination has: a first incident surface 20 which is orthogonal to an optical axis; a second incident surface 21 whose diameter becomes larger as going toward a light-emitting device 8 side; a total reflective surface 22 whose diameter becomes larger as going toward an emitting side; a first emitting surface 24 from which the light incident on the first incident surface 21 is mainly emitted toward a surface 18 to be irradiated side; and a second emitting surface 25 from which the light incident on the second incident surface is emitted to the surface 18 to be irradiated side, wherein the second emitting surface 25 is formed so that its positive power may be weaker than that of the first emitting surface 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
