PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect illumination display device of a cellular phone of using an inorganic EL (electroluminescence) effective as a thin type surface-emitting element, as a light-emitting source. SOLUTION: The indirect illumination display device of the cellular phone is provided with: a substrate where a plurality of switch parts in a matrix shape are arranged and formed; a key sheet having a decorative printing surface arranged facing the substrate side on the substrate; a light-emitting sheet having a light-emitting surface arranged facing the substrate side on an upper surface of the key sheet and having a light transmissive opening part formed according to a position of the switch parts arranged and formed in a matrix shape; and a top plate having a key opening part formed according to the respective light transmissive opening parts on an upper surface of the light-emitting sheet. Accordingly, light emission from the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting sheet turns once to the substrate side by passing through the key sheet, passes through the key sheet again by being reflected by the decorative printing surface of the key sheet, and is illuminated as the indirect light from the respective key opening parts formed on the top plate.
