PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic machining tool capable of efficiently/inexpensively machining a minute groove or a minute depressed shape on a workpiece by ultrasonic machining and also capable of extending the lifetime of the tool while maintaining machining accuracy of a recessed machined part. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic machining tool 1, hard parts 1a and soft parts 1b formed to have mutually different strengths and rigidities are extended in constant cross sections.
