PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulky electric wire inclusion which has a large apparent volume, is economical, has flexibility, a low moisture absorption property, a low thermal contraction property, and strength to some extent, and has a catch fire suppressing effect, and flame retardant effect. SOLUTION: The bulky electric wire inclusion is obtained by uniaxially-extending a film containing: polyolefin resin, preferably 40-90 wt.% thereof; and inorganic filler, preferably 60-10 wt.% thereof, based on a total amount of the polyolefin resin and inorganic filler. By a void formed with a core of the organic filler, the apparent volume per 1g of the film after extension process is 2.0 cm<SP>3</SP>or larger. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
