PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent precision for detecting the thickness of a metal plate from decreasing by the influence of deformation even if the metal plate has been deformed by efficiently measuring corrosion depth to a plurality of measurement points of the metal plate. SOLUTION: In a corrosion depth measuring device 10, a holder 62 for holding the metal plate 120 is moved along the X or Y direction so that a plurality of measurement points on the front surface side of the metal plate 120 successively pass reflection points of laser beams B<SB>1</SB>and a plurality of opposing points coinciding with measurement points on the back surface successively pass reflection points of laser beams B<SB>2</SB>, thus successively detecting the distance to a plurality of measurement points 136 by a laser displacement sensor 76 and successively detecting the distance to the opposing points by a laser displacement sensor 78, and hence obtaining the thickness of the metal plate 120 at the plurality of measurement points.
