PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irreversible temperature indicating label that prevents misrecognition, at each stage of the use of a plurality of irreversible temperature indicating labels, such as, manufacturing, distribution and selling, and usage thereof to improve efficiency, providing satisfactory beauty, since the presence of a section where color is developed by the irradiation with UV light, and allowing the arrangement position of UV paint is readily understood. SOLUTION: The irreversible temperature indicating label is provided, wherein at least wax 2-1 melt at a preset temperature and a temperature indicating composition 2-2, which develops color only when irradiated with a UV light and which does not include light storage properties are arranged on a substrate 1, including a region which is colored, in advance, and which includes permeation absorption properties, when the wax is melted at the melting point or higher.
