<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heating and pressurizing heat insulation container in which heating and heat insulation can be carried out by one container as it is, a device for electromagnetic induction heating is not required, heating directly from the outside can be carried out, the pressure in the container can be specified, liquid having a temperature close to the boiling point at the pressure can be insulated, the liquid in the container can be automatically discharged utilizing heating energy, further the liquid and gas can be separately discharged. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sealed outer container (J) has a liquid injection port (B) for injecting the liquid and the inner container (I) in the inside of the same. A passage (E) keeps the lower end opened near the inside bottom of the outer container (J), passes through the bottom part of the inside container (I), and keeps the upper end opened to the inside upper part of the inside container (I), and a check valve (F) being closed when the pressure of the outside container (J) side is lowered is arranged in the upper end thereof. A pressure reducing valve (K) is arranged in the inside container (I). A cock (O) for discharging the liquid is arranged in a liquid discharging pipe (N) for discharging the liquid insulated in the inside container (I).
