PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract an area where an infarction region is extracted from a CT image. SOLUTION: A medical image processor 100 comprises a CT endocardium abstraction part 3 to extract an endocardium area from a contrast CT image, an MR epicardium abstraction part 22 to extract an epicardium area from a delayed contrast image, an MR epicardium combining part 32 to combine the epicardium area extracted from the delayed contrast image and the endocardium area extracted from the contrast CT image in the contrast CT image and to extract a heart muscle area between the epicardium and the endocardium from the contrast CT image, and a heart muscle infarction region abstraction part 33 to extract the infarction area where the infarction region is extracted from the contrast CT image by extracting an area in which a luminance value equals to or less than a threshold from the heart muscle area extracted from the contrast CT image.
