PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bow-shaped member of a stranding apparatus, capable of reducing scratches formed on element wire. SOLUTION: This bow-shaped member 1 is provided by being formed as a bow like form, laying over a plurality of element wires 5 from one end part 1a to another end part 1b and twisting the plurality of element wires 5 by rotating centering around an axis in parallel to a line segment L binding the one end part 1a and the other end part 1b. The bow like member 1 includes a body part 2 and guides 4. At the body part 2, the plurality of element wires 5 are laid over a convex surface 20 curved in leaving direction from the axis. The guides 4 are provided as a plurality by taking an interval with each other along the longitudinal direction of the body part 2 at the convex surface 20, and hold the plurality of element wires 5 laid over the convex surface 20 at the convex surface 20.
