PURPOSE: An automated firmware recovery method and a system thereof are provided to automatically detect and restore the damaged network hardware. CONSTITUTION: A hardware device(10) comprises a firmware(22), a internal storing device(20), a internal USB port(31) and external USB port(32). The firmware electrically is updated. The internal storing device has a composition setting which is available to access by the firmware when the hardware device is manipulated. The internal USB part interfaces with the internal storing device. An external restoring part is selectively connected to the external USB port of the hardware device.
