<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service with higher convenience in a facility where entrance is managed. <P>SOLUTION: An entrance management part 104 accepts notification that a cellular phone whose entrance is permitted by an entrance permission part 103 and from which terminal identification information is transmitted passes through a gate part 121 to enter the facility, and stores the terminal identification information transmitted from the cellular phone which has passed. An information notification part 105 transmits connection destination information to a terminal authenticated by an authentication part 102 via the gate part 121. For example, the URL of a website for providing information regarding the facility is transmitted.
