PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for preparing electroconductive coated base materials excellent in appearance of a coating film, transparency, electroconductivity, scratch resistance, solvent resistance, adhesiveness to a base material, and the like, and also to provide the electroconductive coated base materials using the composition. SOLUTION: The thermosetting electroconductive coating composition comprises: an electroconductive polymer; a heat-reactive crosslinking agent comprising a melamine resin derivative; an acid generator; and a solvent or dispersion medium.
