PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement of an actuator or replacement of a valve body. SOLUTION: Characteristic tables T1-Tn (each table showing, for each valve body 1 predetermined as a candidate of attachment destination, a relation between valve opening θ and flow rate coefficient Cv in conformation to attribute of the valve body 1 (e.g., aperture)) are stored in a memory 2-2 of the actuator 2. Information for designating the valve body 1 of an attachment destination (e.g., product model number) is set to a setting part 2-4. A CPU 2-1 of the actuator 2 specifies the attribute of the actually mounted valve body 1 from the information set in the setting part 2-4, and calculates flow rate Q by use of the characteristic table in the memory 2-2 corresponding to the specified attribute of the valve body 1. In the flow control valve 100, input of information for designating the valve body 1 to be actually mounted to the setting part 2-4 of a new actuator 2' suffices for replacement of the actuator 2.
