<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external bag that prevents contents from being soiled during excessive bleeding out of a slipping agent, and prevents a roll from being soiled during filling, and excels in oxygen barrier property. <P>SOLUTION: The external bag is formed by heat-fusing peripheral edges of opposed heat fusible layers of a packaging material in which each heat-fusible layer is laid, via an adhesive layer, over a single or laminated film that has oxygen barrier properties. In the external bag, the heat fusible layer is formed of a polyolefin resin, and contains ethylenebis oleic acid amide and a silica antiblocking agent.
