QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY DEVICE, QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY SYSTEM, QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for using information (retrieval log) about a user acquired by a retrieval service in the case of executing questionnaire survey to an unspecific large number of users by using the Internet.

SOLUTION: A questionnaire survey device is provided with: a retrieval log registration means for acquiring a retrieval log recording a retrieval request based on a keyword made from a client terminal to a retrieval server by a user operation, and for registering the acquired retrieval log for each user; a user attribute registration means for registering user attributes unique to each user; a monitor extraction means for comparing monitor extraction conditions set for each questionnaire survey with the user attribute and the retrieval log, and for extracting the user whose monitor extraction conditions are included in the user attributes and retrieval log as the target of survey; and a questionnaire totaling means for totaling answers transmitted from the client terminal by the answering operation of the user.
