<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure selectively performing caulking work and press-in work, without requiring electric power, a hydraulic source and a compressed air source. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spindle 25 elevatable based on manual operation of an operation lever 26 and a moving base 22 horizontally reciprocatingly supported in its length direction on a fixed base 21, are connected by a link mechanism 27 and a cushion mechanism 29. A stopper mechanism 28 is arranged in a part of the fixed base 21 for checking the horizontal movement of the moving base 22 in a predetermined position when lowering the spindle 25. A caulking pad tool 23 and a press-in pad tool are selectively supported while being positioned on the moving base 22, and are supported while positioning a pad on its upper surface.
