<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated resin sheet for wall decoration having good adhesion with a foaming vinyl chloride sol sheet while being excellent in emboss-transfer property, film-forming-processing property and wallpaper workability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laminated resin sheet for wall decoration includes laminating an upper layer containing a specific polyester-based resin (A) and rubber particles (B) and a lower layer comprising a non-crystal polyethylene-terephthalate-based resin (C). Also, the laminated resin sheet is 8 to 30 μm thick. A resin composition of the upper layer is 50 to 99 mass% of (A) and 1 to 50 mass% of (B). The upper and the lower layers are extruded and laminated by using a multilayer extruder, and the ratio of the thickness of the upper layer to that of the lower layer, i.e., the upper layer:the lower layer, is 9.5:0.5 to 5:5.
