PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiphase DC/DC converter which can prevent the output voltage from dropping even when a sharp increase in the output current occurs. SOLUTION: A control circuit 20 for the multiphase DC/DC converter drives a plurality of DC/DC converter circuits 10-1 to 10-m connected in parallel, respectively, in an on-time fixed mode, and has a load state detection portion 24 which detects the state of a load supplied with power from the DC/DC converter circuits 10-1 to 10-m, and drives the DC/DC converter circuits 10-1 to 10-m by switching with the output phases thereof deviated from each other or with the output phases aligned with each other on the basis of the detection results.
