<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio tag which can be suitably manufactured by additive method, and a method for manufacturing the radio tag. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The radio tag includes an insulating base film and an antenna, the insulating base film being the following (BF1) or (BF2): (BF1) is a liquid crystal polyester film including solvent-soluble liquid crystal polyester, and (BF2) is a prepreg formed from solvent-soluble liquid crystal polyester and a sheet including organic fiber and/or inorganic fiber.
