<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a vehicle capable of preventing a rotor from being splashed with oil while supplying and discharging a lubricating oil to a bearing rotatably supporting the rotor, and capable of restraining the enlargement of a device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This driving device 1 for the vehicle comprising a rotary electric machine 3 having a rotor 3b and a stator 3c, and a rotary shaft 2 having a rotary shaft core provided with a rotaryaxis X includes a partition wall 11 for making a boundary at least at one part of a housing space of the rotary electric machine 3, a rotor supporting member 50 rotating around a rotary axis and supporting the rotor, a bearing 61 arranged between the rotor supporting member and the partition wall, a first seal member 71 for making a first oil chamber 81 contacting one side end of the bearing, a second seal member 72 for making a second oil chamber 82 contacting the other side end of the bearing, an oil supply path 80 for supplying the oil to the first oil chamber, and an oil discharge path 83 for discharging the oil from the second oil chamber.
