<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which temporarily enables a function of another device having the same function by temporarily removing the restriction on use, when the function with no restriction on use is disabled. <P>SOLUTION: In an image processing system, a multifunction device A, on condition that an option function where restriction on use is removed by using removal information is disabled due to a failure, transmits the removal information to a multifunction device B (S104) as removal information for temporarily removing the restriction on use of the function by means of the multifunction device B which has the same function as the option function disabled, while the use of the function is restricted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
