<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which surely locks a cover on a body even if the stiffness of the cover is weak. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 has: a body 2; a toner cartridge 3 which is mounted in the body 2 and accommodates a toner necessary for forming images; and an opening/closing member 22 which rotates via a first shaft 21, so that the toner cartridge 3 may be attached to and detached from the body 2, to open and close to the body 2. In the image forming apparatus 1, a rotary lever 31, which is rotatable about a second shaft 23, is provided between the toner cartridge 3 and the opening/closing member 22. When the opening/closing member 22 closes to the body 2, the rotary lever 31 rotates about the second shaft 23, so that it may approach the opening/closing member 22, while sliding to contact a protrusion part 26 provided in the opening/closing member 22 and pressing the protrusion part downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
