PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell backside protective film which encloses a solar cell element and is excellent in bondability with a filler containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition etc., flexibility and whetherability: and to provide a solar cell module with the protective film. SOLUTION: The solar cell backside protective film 1A sequentially includes a first resin layer 11, a second resin layer 12 and a third resin layer 13. The first resin layer 11 is a layer obtained using a thermoplastic resin composition formed by melt-kneading a material composition containing a thermoplastic resin and a silane coupling agent.
