PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold with a balustrade which can easily secure necessary strength, improves the safety of high-place work, and makes a balustrade member foldable with respect to a scaffold member. SOLUTION: The scaffold with the balustrade includes: the scaffold member 2 which comprises a footboard 3, and right and left angles 4 and 5 having horizontal pieces 4A and 5A mounted at right and left sides thereof and having vertical pieces 4B and 5B elongated upward; the right and left balustrade members 7 and 8 which comprise upper and lower horizontal rod bodies 7A, 7B, 8A and 8B elongated forward and backward, and connecting rod bodies 7C and 8C for connecting the upper and lower horizontal rod bodies; U-bolts 13 attached to the vertical pieces 4B and 5B so that horizontal shaft bodies 11 and 12 can serve as rotating shafts in a state that the forward and backward elongated horizontal shaft bodies 11 and 12 connected to the lower horizontal rod bodies 7B and 8B by means of connecting bodies 9 and 10 and provided at the downside of the balustrade members 7 and 8 in such a manner as to be integrated with the balustrade members are positioned inside the vertical pieces 4B and 5B; and fixing means 14 for fixing the balustrade members 7 and 8 in a rising state to hanging members 21, 22, and so on.
