PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent exposure of an inside layer by forming the layer of virgin polyester resin, forming an outside layer having a specific thickness using recovery polyester resin on its outer surface, and further disposing a rib on a body, thereby reusing the recovery resin. SOLUTION: Virgin polyester resin is primarily injected in a primary mold to form a molding to become an inside layer 18. This is moved to a secondary mold. Recovery polyester resin is secondarily injected on an outer surface of the molding to form at least a two-layer structure having an outside layer 19 molded. At this time, a thickness of the layer 19 is set to about 0.5 to 2.5 mm. And, a rib formed from the body 14 to a part directly under a neck part 12 is disposed on the molding. Thus, the recovery resin is effectively reused. And, elution of impurities in the recovery resin in its content is prevented to stabilize a dimensional accuracy of the molding and to prevent deformation of the part 12 or the like. |
