COATER AND COATING METHOD AT BUILDING SITE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coater and a coating method capable of uniform coating with little unevenness in film thickness when a worker applies a thin film onto outside walls of a building at a building site. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coater 1 is for coating an outside wall W of a building and includes a spray gun 3 having a coating discharge outlet 3a spraying a coating P and at least two laser pointers 7 mounted on the spray gun 3 and radiating laser beams B in the spraying direction D for the coating P. The coater 1 radiates laser beams B from the laser pointers 7 so as to enable visual check of the coating distance L by causing the laser beams B to intersect with one another on the surface of the outside wall Wa of the building and thereby keep constant the coating distance L between the outside wall W of the building and the spray gun 3.
