PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust remover and a static electricity and dust remover which inject gas supplied from the outside from a plurality of injection means while reducing deterioration of the dust removing capacity. SOLUTION: The dust remover which injects a gas to an object includes a plurality of injection means, and an injection control means for injecting the gas supplied from the outside, from groups obtained by dividing a plurality of the injection means and each consisting of one or more injection means, at different timing. As the gas is injected from the groups at different timing, a period where the gas is injected from one group but not from the other group is generated. As a result, the pressure drop of the injected gas is low at least during the above period in comparison with the case where the gas is injected at the same time from all groups, whereby the deterioration of the dust removing capacity can be reduced.
